Casual interview process that started with my potential coworker(s) and manager. The follow up interview is usually with a small panel consisting of your manager, management you may interact with, and potentially a few members of upper management.
Basic educational and field associated questions are asked, teamwork and team contribution, etc. If you know your field and what your role within a supply chain, you are fine.

Interview
There was 2 rounds of interviews, and the process was standard as for competency of role and responsibilities. Hiring manager did approve teleconference for the interviews, as I was located out of state while applying for the role.
