30 minute paper test, 15 minute interview. Applied online, sent an e-mail to come in. Waited for 15 minutes, interviewed for 15. Interviewer was a manager with experience. Very positive, typical personality and customer service related questions. Took a 20-30 minute written test/information booklet there. They sent me an even longer one to take online and I never heard back from them after that.
