The first round the tasks are more about testing the candidate's thinking process, sequencing, decision making process and reaction. However, the test is designed to categorise your personality. Like they described, there is no right or wrong, follow your instinct.

The first two stages of the interviews were remote screening. They are rather accomadating and easy to access. Questions are quite general. I don't know if I have the offer yet, it has been a real long process.
