Invited me for an interview the very next day, and asked the usual 'can you think of a time when...' questions. These always throw me because of course I don't remember every tiny interaction I've had at previous jobs; I'm not a robot and I had no time to prepare. I must have come across poorly because they never even bothered to send a rejection email. Disrespectful.

I applied online. I interviewed at HomeLet (Lincoln, England)
Interview
Had 3 interviews.
1 informal chat with HR and the line manager
1 formal interview with presentation. This was with line manager and peer.
1 informal meet with the director and a tour of location/premises
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HomeLet (Lincoln, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied through Adecco, was a fairly standard interview. Mostly focused on previous employment and examples of teamwork and working towards goals. Felt professional yet laid back. Was not successfully due to lack of experience working towards targets.
