Very bad recruiting etiquette.
30min call with interim Recruiter. Got back to me 3 days later to schedule a call with the hiring manager.
I replied with my availability and didn’t hear back from them for 5 days so I sent a reminder email. Got an email back immediately to try and schedule for the next morning. Unfortunately I wasn’t available on such short notice.
It was then another 3 weeks before I received an email rejecting me.
I don’t think I can respect a company that doesn’t value the time of its candidates or respect them enough to provide clear communication.
