I applied online. I interviewed at Homesite Group Incorporated
Interview
First round was a manager chat; I was then forwarded to a 3-rounder with a PM, a dev, and an architect. Each round lasted only 30 minutes (quite short considering the technical topics). I felt that because of this the interviews were very disorganized. It encouraged the interviewers to ask trivia questions instead of stoking more substantial discussions and every segment felt rushed (for instance - I was given 10 minutes to complete a Leetcode Medium question).
Many questions were also unclearly expressed (ex: describing the execution flow of a specific framework, how to make an extensible service - from which the interviewer simply wanted to hear an OOP keyword).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Homesite Group Incorporated (Boston, MA)
Interview
The engineers were very nice! Two hours total over a zoom call. They had me do a coding challenge, quizzed me on NodeJS/React, CI/CD, micro services questions and asked me some behaviorial questions.

Interview
Recruiter emailed me saying that he was responsible for all IT and Engineering positions and asking my availability. I responded with my availability. No response.
I double emailed to follow up, and he scheduled a phone screen for the next day. During the call said he would follow up later in the week to schedule an onsite interview, which would be one of three days, and asked if I was available. Never heard from him.
Followed up with two emails. No response.
Completely ghosted.
