All of my interviewers made me feel as if they were very interested in me as a person and not just as someone to fill a need for the facility. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the interview process flow much more smoothly than I was anticipating. I immediately felt right at home with my interviewers and was able to comfortably speak with them as colleagues rather than strangers.
