I did a phone interview with HR then a few days later I did a phone interview with the director of the department. A few days later I went for an in person interview with the director of the department and then I was supposed to meet with 2 other manager, who were not with the team this job fell under and was with teams I was not going to report to nor have anything to do with these managers. The type of questions they asked had nothing to do with the position I applied to or my training experience ( I have 17 years of EMR training experience) the type of questions were along the lines of " What do you think is most important, Being Liked or your Integrity". The next day I was supposed to meet with the lead trainer, which is what I thought was more applicable than these 2 managers. Needless to say these 2 non relative managers either did not like me or did not like my answers to these non relevant questions they asked. I received an email from HR later on in the day I had my in person interview telling me I was not to report the next day to meet with the lead trainer and I was no longer considered for the position. When I asked the HR rep what was the reason she never replied back.
