Initial phone screen with a technical recruiter to go over the company, the position, the hiring process, and my background. I then had an on-site visit just to meet the recruiter and a senior software engineer on one of their internal process teams. It was a great experience being shown the facilities and the environment, as well as talking with my contact. I then did a timed coding challenge which had me scheduling events based on the availability of a given list of participants. The problem was more difficult than I had anticipated, so I did not do as well as I could have, therefore I received the news that next week that they would not be moving forward.
