Interview
My interview experience so far has been quite positive. The process has been well-structured and smooth. The first round involved a discussion about my previous experience, some technical questions related to development and testing, as well as questions based on my resume. This was followed by a technical assessment focused on C and C++.
The final round was an in-depth conversation with senior leaders, where we discussed my skills, achievements, and overall cultural fit. I also appreciated that both rounds included helpful insights into how the teams function and how the company operates.
I cleared the rounds and the entire process took around a month. Since the company works with various clients, the next steps might take some time depending on client alignment, and I am currently in client discovery phase. However, I’ve found the team to be communicative and supportive throughout, which has made the experience feel positive.
Overall, a thoughtful experience and interview journey so far.
