One round of interviews. Started with introduction to role and how to use AnyDesk software. Break out into teams and do a programming problem with mob programming in a team of candidates. Candidates are pulled from the group one by one to do behavioral interview while you do this problem.

1. Start with very simple question such as the area of a specific 2D shape
2. What do I know about the company, why would I be a good fit, what are some projects I've worked on.
3. Hard technical questions not meant to be answered (they clarify that part) but they want to see how you work through it.

Ex if you were to give a company a material to manufacture coil what would the specifications be. If a boat was in a lake and it had a mass (rock) in the boat what would happen when the rock is thrown overboard.
