After having an phone call went in and took a written examination. I did really well on the exam. After that the CEO came down to talk with me. He told me that I scored so high on the exam there would be no point in me working there. That I would get bored and end up leaving to work someplace else. I couldn't comprehend this reasoning as I really needed the job at the time and the job description was intriguing.
