Efficient and gave me a good understanding of the company. I had both a digital first interview and an on-site second interview with a tour of their office, i enjoyed the process even if i didnt get an offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hurtigruten in Feb 2025
Interview
Started with a screen with recruiter then had an interview with hiring manager. Pretty standard interview process. Hiring manager expressed that he felt that I was a nice fit for the culture but they were still actively interviewing. Which is completely understandable. There was a date given for upcoming travel that was expected for the position to travel to Europe and they would follow up. Had a very nice follow up email in response to my thank you email I sent after the interview, but then was met with radio silence. They then RELISTED the position on job boards while still communicating to me that they were still making their decision. It just felt like they were keeping me on the back burner rather than making a decision, even with a pending travel date upcoming. Waited weeks before finally giving an answer.
