Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with various employees within the technical roles of the company. Expect conceptual interview questions to show an understanding of design, analysis, and manufacturing processes. Be prepared to show examples of your work in either design or analysis. Communication between interview phases could have been better. Didn't receive the offer for over a month after the final interview.

Explain how to make an object stiffer without changing it's weight or overall space envelope.

Interview
Hour long video interview with HR and the hiring manager. Went in depth on structures/materials experience and history of managing a team. Volunteered that they were understaffed and were likely to ask for weekends/overtime. Ghosted completely after the interview

Interview
I interviewed with the overall engineering department manager first and then subsequently to the other managers. The interview was a fairly quick process and was over in a day. I received a call soon after letting me know I had gotten the job.
