Interview
A very simple sit down interview with the HR manager, followed by a discussion about job responsibilities by the department manager. They'll ask you how you handle stressful situations with customers. Do you work well with others? Can you lift heavy objects?
If they bring you in for an interview, you've likely already got the job as long as you don't fail the drug test.

Very simple, easy going and casual. Will ask a few easy questions about your personality and work history to see if you will fit the role that you applied for.
