Show up, and sit through two (midless) interviews. If you're intelligent enough to not mess yourself or drool too much during the first interview, they give you a second interview. This one is a little more serious, but far from tough. I knew I had the job prior to leaving the interview.

The hiring process went well. There were maybe 7 questions total, but mostly explaining about my experience and what I would do with an upset customer.
