Started with an unsolicited call to their offices, 10 minute interview if that, gave them a schedule
They always need new people b/c all the kids they hire grow up - just dress like a normal person and be polite. This one is not an IQ test - it's a don't fall over your own feet test
Worked for 6 months got moved up to cashier 6 months more got to customer service

It was a fairly easy interview process. The most difficult part was finding the HR office for the first time. Interviewer was kind. Asked the normal interview questions and some specific to working in a grocery store and customer service.

Online application is the first step once you get a call back you will be asked to come in for an interview. If considered for the job you will be asked to take a drug screen and if passed you will then be put on the scehdule.
