New market interview held at a different store. Met with the director and had a nice chat about a shared experience. He invited me to check out the store we were in and discussed the other managers he had hired.

Way too stressful and had no help with common issues. The district manager always pointed out things that needed to be done or fixed but I was never given the resources to complete the tasks.

We went over my resume and talked about various requirements the job would entail and if I would be a good fit. Talked for quite a bit with the assistant director and then spoke with the director as well.

Submit application online, got phone call and email within a couple days. Set up an interview and met with HR Manager, then Store Director. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Everything was held within the store, and we got a chance to go over my background, desires, and what led me to apply for the position.
