I applied online in February 2016 and received an e-mail from a recruiter requesting a phone interview. Was contacted about a week after the phone interview to set up an in-person interview. Interviewed at corporate HQ and met hiring managers. Interview was standard and about an hour. Received a follow-up about a week after first in-person interview to set-up a final 2.5 hour interview where I met various managers, directors, and the SVP. I followed up with thank you e-mails to everyone I met, but now have been met with silence for 5 weeks since my final interview from the Hyatt recruiter. Very disappointing to go through multiple rounds of interviews only to be ignored upon follow-up. If you have moved on with other candidates or have chosen not to hire me, at least have the courtesy to send a quick e-mail. Not very impressed with Hyatt - for a company in the hospitality industry that got rated one of the supposed top places to work. Very unprofessional and rude.
