Interview
I met with a recruiter at an on campus career fair. I was contacted for an interview, on campus the following day. I met with the same recruiter who interviewed me. A lot of the questions aren't typical interview questions, it feels like a conversation--but she still got the information she needed about you and who you are.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Consisted of conversational nature and with the Marketing and Sales department heads. Asked me about my experience, passion and interest at Hyatt and why I want to work in a marketing role.
It was nice. The HR is very polite and asked me nice questions. Growth is there. Feel free to join. Salary is not that much but is doable. Interview was not hectic..it was nice
Easy, does not take a long time. The interviewer is friendly. Everything goes smoothly, also, the overall process is quick. Strongly recommend. And that is all, I don't know how to explain more.
