The interview was relatively straight forward. I applied online, interviewed twice. First interview felt like an in depth conversation rather than an interview. Second Felt more along lines of a traditional interview. Fun, simple, engaging.

Tell me about a time that you provided excellent customer service.
Fairly easy, it was only one interview and several questions asked about availability and experience. It was about 30 minutes. I was hired on the spot and then started working instantly.

Describe a time you helped a customer and how did they react.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.
