process was calm and fun they were laughing with me and made me feel comfortable, offering me a starbucks drink to have during the interview. also tons of parking and easy to find

do you have experience in making starbucks coffee?
Very easy interview just talk about your passion for hospitality and ask questions. Talk about how you love to make drinks and how drinks turn into experiences. Guest interactions must be your priority while making drinks and interacting with guests.
the interviewer was very friendly towards me, they offered to get me anything from the starbucks while i wait, made me feel very welcomed to be on the team. they let me choose if i wanted part time or full time as well and wasn’t demanding about my availability.
