Interview
There is an initial interview with a recruiter and then a "second interview" on the phone with someone who is in charge of running the CMT program. The recruiters don't actually know which CMT locations/positions are available. Only the in the "second interview" do you get to find out where you could work.

Interview
Total 4 rounds, entire process lasted for a month. I wasn't in China at that moment. All interview were held by Skype. Skype with HR- Training Manager, HRD, DOSM, Hotel Manager, Recruiting Director APEC.
