Interview
Initially had a phone call from the HR, asking basic questions. The HR was very friendly, guided me throughout the process and very communicative. After the initial process, had an interview with the design director from the UK team (very positive experience), followed by another interview by the the KL team. Overall, very smooth process, really enjoyed it.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hybrid (Bristol, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn and the ‘consultant’ replied pretty quickly which I thought was positive. I had a phone call the next day which was good too. I then had an in-person interview with the design director (which was a positive experience). What ruined it for me is that they failed to get back to me afterwards. They weren’t interviewing very many people so that can’t use the excuse of ‘we can’t get back to everyone’ lol. I wrote to both of them and was completely ignored. Red flag! I don’t mind that I didn’t get the job as that’s part of the job hunting process and I had many other interviews. But cmon guys, it’s the very basics. Won’t be applying again and I’ll be telling other people not to.
The interview process was really Friendly and professional. The hiring manager is very friendly. Love the casual conversation compared to my previous experience. Good people and good team to work with for sure
