Long and drawn out process. Many interviews and asked similar Q each time must need to justify middle management jobs. Need to lose some middle management people to stop it going on and on

Plenty of promises. Only promise fulfilled was the day the pay went into bank. Was promised to have one practice site close to home but had to travel to many sites up to one hour away. Was promised a lunch break but expected to continually take a staggered lunch of 3x separate 10 minute sessions in between patients.
