Initial phone interview. Second interview with Directions. Final interview with CEO. Communication around all three interviews was prompt and friendly. All of the employees that I interacted with were friendly and accommodating.

The interviewers were well prepared and very friendly. Their questions were well crafted and allowed me to express myself in natural ways. They put a lot of emphasis on personality traits because it is a small company. The office atmosphere seemed peacefully busy and everyone seems to get along well.
