The interview process was thorough and fair. Began with initial phone screen by Hiring Manager, next step was on-site interviews . Met with HR rep via Zoom then subsequently with Hiring Mgr and members of various business units who the role would support. Mostly behaviorial- and experience-based questions, maybe an open-ended question or two. Primarily looking for cultural fit and technical competency
