IBM interview pattern is very intresting.Compare to previous years now it changes the pattern.The first round is written assessment which deals with the Quantitative aptitude.And second round is psychometric test which is new for us ,But this test is used to analyze the skills of employee.The third and fourth round is Face to Face interview where the HR observe our communication skills and our personality.
