HR interview - fit interview
1st Senior management interview - more like fit interview
2nd Senior management interview - more like behavior interview
Interviewers were friendly. seems they care more about personality rather than skills
Telephone Interview consisted of discussion of the job, responsibilities, answering questions based upon company values, on how you would handle a situation. The interview was about 45 minutes. My interviewer was from the department, and was very nice which made the interview very easy.
