pool campus drive 1. written test( quants + numberseries + business communication) 2. technical + hr 1. In written test there are 18 questions on quants, 18 on number series and 22 questions on english. time given is 2 min 15 sec per question in quants & number series and 20 mins for all 22 questions in business communication(English). There are more than 800 appeared for the test and only 80(nearly) members cleared the round. The people who cleared the round was called on next day for tr + hr. 2. interview is very easy to clear. As almost 90% of the students not cleared the first round only 10% are there for interview. There is no time so they combined both technical and hr rounds. They asked basic hr round questions like "tell me about yourself", "tell me about your project", "what is sql", "what is diff between sql and dbms", "basic java questions on jvm, jdk, datatypes", "why ibm". I answered these simple questions confidently and effectively. After interview they took our biometric finger prints. After 3 days i got confirmation mail. I got selected.
