I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Dublin, OH) in Jan 2008
Interview
Legacy Sterling has transitioned a large number of full-time consultants (FTC) to full time employees (FTE). This affords to "try before you buy", avoiding any buyer remorse 3-6-12 months down the road.
They are thorough in checking of credentials and references. The interviewing process included 2 HR interviews (1 phone/1 face-to-face); then three to four additional interviews, Hiring Mgr., Peer interview (sometimes a group panel), and Sr. Mgmt.

Question 1
There were no exceptionally difficult or unexpected questions.
Long process. really only asked about abilities to gain new business and did I have close contacts to get insight into competition. Not a lot about the actual PM job and what that meant as far as execution
The interview process, while quick and efficient, did not reflect the position after I was hired. I was asked what I imagine the job being, and after spending 3 months in the job, I realized that they let me believe the job while they didn’t have a good definition for the role. Even though the job was in emerging tech, be honest to who you’re thinking about hiring with what they’d spend their day to day doing. Lying about expectations or not being clear can really hurt someone.

How do I see myself helping the quantum technology ecosystem?
I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Online video interview followed by a interview with hiring manager after bring contacted by recruiter. Short turnaround time for response.
I found the hiring manager to be hard to connect with; interview questions were a bit odd and felt very disorganized. I think I just did not vibe with the person, seemed a little stiff don't know if it was the right culture fit for mw. The interview itself was not hard very basic question but felt very unstructured
