Was referred by an employee and was contacted within 2 weeks for a screener interview. After another 2 weeks I had another interview (both interviews were one-on-ones). Asked general questions about my experience, projects related to the design process, and why I wanted to intern at IBM.

Interview
There was one pre-recorded video assessment, a behavioral phone interview the next week, then a video interview the week after that was mainly behavioral in which you showcase your portfolio. The whole process was very prompt- It lasted around a month, from application to decision
