First, there was an aptitude test. There were 40 questions, and I had to answer in 20 minutes. It was a Basic informational interview. They asked me to explain my CV and interests.
3 rounds of interview, HR call, zoom call, onsite panel interview. Not too bad, ppl are cook. they asked technical questions, and also behavior questions. they also give you a chance to ask them questions about culture pay etc.
It was very swift and easy. There were three questions and all had to be done by recording yourself. There was also a coding question and SQP question. It was an hour long interview.
Lengthy but fair interview process. HR personnel, then hiring manager, then team members, and then a non-team person to give outside assessment. Good luck, as it seems tough out there right now.
