5 stage of interview process including HR screening at end of hiring.
First stage starts with introductory round
Second stage with technical team
Third round starts with leaders team
fourth round starts with manager team
firth round at HR.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Professional and thorough. Phone screening, and two interviews before decision. Probably took about three weeks for whole process to play out. Interview questions were standard and why do you want to work for this particular organization.
