Interview
Phone interview with director of IT. Questions about background and a whole bunch of questions unrelated to position (some were inappropriate). Came in for 1:1. Met the director for a couple of minutes, then met with manager of software development. Spoke with manager for an hour who asked good questions (not trivia). Then met with CEO who seemed to not get software development.
