IDEXX Laboratories Lab Assistant interview questions

Did the first interview over the phone (screening interview) and they asked me to schedule the next interview, the interviewer told me they would email me the schedule of the supervisor and choose a time. 2 weeks pass and still nothing! I tried contacting them twice and only got an automated response. A week after those 2 weeks they send me a rejection email...still dont know why they asked me to schedule a 2nd interview and took long to communicate with me.
