Interview process they should tell about the detailed tech also tell about client requirements and suitability of candidate for their requirement. The qtns are more practice and result oriented and accurate and not so difficult

1 hour technical discussion with group panel
tech discussion includes all key words in your resume
expect counter questions if you speak while answering
then, half hour managerial round with technical questions
here still they ask technical questions from other panel
this is kind of any clarification if they want before proceeding for final round
then, 15 mins of HR round

Applied for .NET position, asked nearly everything about it.
Started with couple of questions for aptitude-puzzles
Prepare for basic Oops concept(polymorphism demo, encapsulation demo),
.net framework questions (components of it)
,asp.net questions (life cycle, its events-all from IIS to html delivery to client browser, viewstates,management, sessions modes etc)
and database questions (SQL query and optimization tricks, triggers, difference between stored procedures and udfs)
Imp: Project related questions (day to day operations)
