Interview
I have applied for the CSM role. After half an hour, the talent manager told me he was happy with my application because I was exactly the person they were looking for. I had a screening call with Matt, who praised my skills and whatnot. He said I would receive a response later in the week. Suddenly, I received an automated email from him stating that I was not successful. I emailed back to ask if that was a mistake. He said that he had no idea and that the hiring manager, Susnato, sent him 40 emails to his inbox. He also mentioned that Susnato did not leave any info on the account and that he still had not had a chance to review applications. I had to chase this person four times before finding out that they had actually rejected my application with an automated email. It's an absolute joke, a waste of time, and a concerning lack of professionalism. I absolutely dodged a bullet here. The feedback was that they were looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in CSM. Absolutely surprised my cv was shortlisted to begin with.
