Interviewer I had for a day time interview was very nice, initial interviews were the commonly asked ones. For my second interview, the interviewer was a bit sassy but either way that's how it goes. She asked me situational questions, reactions and what I would say, experiences from previous jobs and such. Finally we had a mock call and she gave me feedback.

They gave me a scenario for a hotel booking on Feb 14 for a couple and the guest requesting to have the best offer and room and many others scenario to see if you pay attention to details, how to make a deal and close the sales etc

The process was very smooth, it was a one day process. I got hired on the very same day as my initial interview. Was tested for typing skills, IQ, listening over the phone. The interviewer was very nice and accommodating.
