2 telephone interviews, 1 interview on Skype, and 1 in person. First taken by the HR, then by the reporting department head. Spread over two or three months period. three people were involved in taking interview, and all of them were from Dubai.

it takes too long first Skype interview than other interview to GM with department head than i wait for long for the offer letter.
all process should takes two weeks no one will wait for months for a job
