There were two phone interviews, one in person interview followed 2 months later after being asked to work with their process and they were very interested. Then we had a panel interview and IHG provided no feedback after that step.
Extremely well handled throughout duration of the interview process. The HR Talent team and hiring manager have been incredibly professional and followed up in a timely manner. Overview of the process: pre-screen, first interview with hiring manager, case study and final interview with a panel. The questions were probing and well considered for the particular role and its requirements.

Nothing really tough. Mostly program management situation questions. 2 or 3 people for an hour each. I got an offer and worked here for almost 3 years. People were friendly during the interviews.
