It took around a month until a first HR introduction interview has occurred. But once the process was initiated, everything was very smooth and efficient. The recruitment flow was: HR introduction interview(including salary expectations)->Hiring manager interview + exam -> Interview with 2 directors above the hiring manager -> HR interview(with VP HR) -> CTO interview.
