HR contacts you to schedule a phone interview. The interview itself is however basically meaningless because you have already been selected. This is only a check to sort out people who only look good on paper but prove to be socially awkward or incapable to talk to people in a professional manner.

Interview
The skype interview is all about your most recent research paper. No behavioral questions. I was told the exact project I will be working on if I were given the offer. First round screening is more selective but once you are chosen to be interviewed the chance of getting the offer is very high.
