INEOS Manager interview questions

The whole process took nearly 2 months which was too long. After application, the recruiter called me to discuss my reasoning for application which was 30 mins. A week later, I was invited for a video interview and I had to make a presentation based on questions they set about the job role. The communication for this stage took a month and the recruiter was poor at responding. They kept moving the dates which was difficult for me to manage with work. At the interview, they asked other behavioural questions too. It then took another 2 weeks for them to respond about the outcome. It was a negative experience for me because it was a lot of time and effort invested from my side making the presentation and preparing well but overall made to feel like my time didn’t matter to them.
