Nice and refreshing interview approach. Seem like a bunch of nice people. Company seems to have a clear mission statement where all employees are behind it. Interview consisted of 3 stages (didn't progress to the later stages): - initial chat with the internal recruiter - 60-minute meeting with 2 members of the Engineering Team. - pair-programming session Only suggestion would be to stress that coding is required for this position.
