Interview
Applied online, quick response. Interview took about 2 weeks to complete but only because of my schedule. Jennifer and Nicole both are really patient and considerate.
I would work there right now if I could set my own schedule, dip my toe in the water so to speak, and get a full understanding of day-to-day requirements and expectation. Their mission is commendable and makes the work worth it.
Hopefully we’ll cross paths again in the future..

Question 1
I don’t remember the questions but I do know a lot of it was self-paced assessments of how each candidate thinks and approaches tasks before you actually get interviewed by the team

Interview
Tell me about yourself.....2nd comment out of the gate was to point out the huge salary descrepency offered ( $11 less per hour)versus what I answered to their pre interview questions in case I wanted to end the interview immediately.

Question 1
After saying I would be doing x,x ,x and x...how comfortable would you be in coaching on all these topics? Also, what was more of a statement and thoroughly shocking .." if selected for the job there would be trained for two weeks without pay"

Interview
Irrelevant-made job seem like it was more than what it was. I really thought this was going to be a top notch call center, but was highly disappointed. Interview was quite long for what the job is really entailed.
