I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at INXPO (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
You meet with the senior team, then go in for follow up interviews with the specific team you are looking to work for. It's a casual interview for the most park, but you need to be ready for all questions.

Question 1
What experience do you have that makes you a good candidate for this role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at INXPO (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
Initial call with recruiter and a call with a sales rep.
In-person it was a bit impersonal and an assembly line of people coming in one by one asking questions - obviously not coordinating with each other.
There was just an overall odd vibe that was a bit disappointing.
I'd suggest to try to work on the perception of the culture and create some excitement. I was interviewed by 5 people - Sales Reps and Executives, all were male.
Was brought in for an interview twice and it was someone different every-time, very unorganized. No one remembered who I was. I showed up on time and they were even late interviewing me. They also changed the job description various times and it was not clear what the job actually was when I applied.
