Interview
It was a fairly easy process - HR called and did a phone screen and I was interviewed by one of the managers.
Nice and friendly talk and it went smoothly.
A few days later, I was told to provide two references and nothing was heard for a week. Then I was told they are not ready to give me an offer until 2-3 weeks.
Its been almost 4 weeks, no emails or calls. Although I have sent a few emails, no reply has been received. I felt like they have wasted my time. Not a good feeling at all.
The interview process involved multiple stages, including application review, initial phone screening, panel or one-on-one interviews, skills assessments, case studies, behavioral questions, and final decision-making, followed by feedback or offer.
