I was approached by an agency regarding the role . The process was 4 interviews- firstly had a zoom meeting with senior manager, a second zoom with GM, a third meeting face to face with GM and a final zoom meeting which comprised of a presentation and questions (overkill for a 6 month role in my opinion). To this day, I have never received feedback on my final interview presentation nor was I ever advised of the outcome. I reached out to the recruiter and GM multiple times and never received a reply. Worst recruitment process I have ever been involved in with no respect for applicants.
