Very easygoing and relaxed but professional. A very good experience overall. The process was simple and very clear. All necessary info was provided. The people were very accommodating and helping. The culture seemed very good.

Interview
Had an large group open day day with a brief 10 minute casual interview. This was followed a couple of weeks later with a Skype interview. Finally there was then a group assessment day
